Meeting called to order at 7:30pm
Members Present: Ben VanDusen (Chair), Rachelle Rogers (Secretary), Planning Board members: Mike Cipperly, Dennis Aikens, and Sue Hoyt.
Other Officials Present: Bret Sage Town Board Liaison and Sean Leddy County Representative
Minutes from the April meeting were read. Mike moves to approve the minutes as read, seconded by Dennis, all in favor, motion carried.
Old Business: Sean discussed that EDF and the Town have agreed on an escrow for the Fraser Battery Energy Storage System Project. EDF will be attending June’s planning board meeting.
Sean provided the Wind draft law that was drafted by the town in 2006, we will review the draft law that is on file, and make any additions or corrections.
Bret shared that the public hearing for the Data Center Moratorium and Sign Law in Site Plan Review will be hosted on 6/3/26.
The Delaware County Clerk shared with Sean that the planning board can call and gain access to real estate transactions if we would like to use it for planning board use.
New Business: Micah Scobie came to the board to discuss a simple subdivision. Micah wants to subdivide the house on the property from the farm’s LLC, so it would be 5 acres for the house and the other 13 +/- acres for the farm.
Rachelle shared that the Town of Delhi will be hosting a FOIL training on 6/8/26 from 5pm-6:30pm at the Delhi Town Hall. It is open to other government officials and to the public.
Mike moves to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Dennis, all in favor, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:59pm.
