Where can I get a handicap tag?
Handicap placard from the Town Clerk. Bring a driver’s license or a valid ID. Must have a completed form from the doctor as well.
Where do I get a dog license?
Hamden Town Clerk will issue a dog license during business hours and can be submitted and paid for by US mail, in person, or by dropping it off in the town hall front door “drop box”. Additional information can be found on our Permits & Licenses page or under the Dog Control Officer on the Town Departments page

How do I pay my taxes?
You can pay by US Mail until April 30th and then payment must be made at the Delaware County Treasurer’s Office in Delhi. Taxes can be put in the “drop box” in the Town Hall door.

Can I sump pump my water into the septic system?
No, sump pump water is bad for any septic system! Also, do not flush baby wipes, flushable wipes, medicine, feminine hygiene products, household grease, paper towels, or chemicals. No cigarette butts, condoms, paints, bandages or fats and oils.
